Joke of the day

Tee Yee, William, Tania, Allison and I were having lunch together at the Gate 3 employee lounge and the four Asian Chinese began to teach Allison simple Mandarin. At the same time, she taught us some French as she learned French during high school.

She said it is good to know some simple French like:

"Je ni sai pas''... pronounced as 'Je ni sia pa'.. that means 'i dun understand'..

Or you can say 'no se' (pronounced as 'no say'),, means I don't know how to speak'.. sounds bit like broken english..

We continued to teach her some Mandarin like ‘不准笑’ because the siao po TAN TEE YEE always laughs like crazy even when she is in US.. Also we taught her '不知道’ and '不懂'..

Haha... Super cute

When we went back to vending room, we saw Will's name tag written he is from China.. Haha. He has a few name tags,, all with different countries such as Australia, Peru and now is China..

Tee Yee started to tease him, saying that he is from China but doesnt know how to speak Mandarin... Haha,, a shame of chinese.. hahaha...

Now the joke began.. Will asked Tee Yee to say beer in Chinese... Tee Yee proudly started to show her fluent Mandarin by saying '啤酒'. A second later, both Will and Allison simultaneously said 'Beer in Chinese'... and the whole room was filled with laugher... hahaha..

Oh yea... another thing about US people is that they don't use 'lousy' like we Malaysian and Singaporean and Indonesian do...Instead they use 'sucks'.. hahha...

Lousy people use 'lousy'? or Lousy people never use 'lousy'??

Thanks Giving Shopping Spree!! 281108

This is a fiendishly outdated post.. but still I insisted to jot it down as memory before updating other more interesting posts...

Never thought that Thanks Giving is such a big celebration in US.. The whole park was flooded with thousands of holiday makers and according to Luis, my co-worker, this is one of the best time in the year to shop coz there is sale going on EVERYWHERE!! Yeah, SALE!!

People here were insane when they heard or see 'SALE' to the extent that they could step on people to death just to get into the grocery store.. sad case..

I was quite lucky that I had off day on that day. Went to Prime Outlet with some of my friends here..

I went to Human Resource Office to get my bank card and a new SAP number as I couldnt log in the website while they were having breakfast... I took my breakfast everyday at home unlike they all.. haha..

Spent ALOT at Prime Outlet,, Bought wallets, my working black shoe, few t-shirts, and so on..

Went to Millenium Mall by Lynx bus after that to continue our hunt for cheap stuff..

'Nothing much' to shop there.. Actually there were lots of stuff there,, just that our wallet left 'not much'..

Finally got to rest my legs while all the crazy girls still hunting for their preys in the mall.. Hao Zhi and I were discussing about camera and he tought me a few stuffs about camera.. He is a pro too!!
Went to visit Apple shop... Everything is sooooo nice inside.. but again, our wallet left 'not much'.. Saw a headset.. it was just real nice.. beyond words could describe... the whole shop was filled with the noise of people,, but once you wear it, you can only hear the soothing music inside.. and it costs around a few hundreds USD...
Went to Guess to get a handbag for my mum and a purse for my sister..


Dog!!!!! OMG I miss Bobby terribly now.... How I hope I can bring him here and stay with me.. haha
