Training

These two days, we had been having our training, the three of us will be working in the culinary department where we will be facing food everyday haha...I may be the one selling food (I was only told to be working in the food department in shamu stadium) but I don't know what will I be doing yet. Shane will be working nearby my place but he will be in charge of doing pop-corns. Lee Ming will be working the Deli in the place called Hospitality, think should be the cafetaria for employees of Seaworld to have their meals... I love his working place a lot... nearby got horses, grass so picturesque the scenery!!!!
We had introduction of the Seaworld yesterday and had some basic rules of things we should know as the employees here. Today, we were put into the culinary training. Well, was real boring, worse than lectures!!! Got 40 MCQ some more!!! Haha but our trainer, Bonnie Anderson was so nice to let us discuss the answers for the test and I have to say that Seaworld is seriously very strict on alcohol and safety! We were taught the right way of selling alcohol to customers. For your information (for those who doesn't know), USA is very strict with the rule on only those above 21 can take alcohol. Ya, everyone will think USA is a very open country, well they're very strict with this alcohol thing. And only aged 18 and above can be in charge in selling alcohol. Selling alcohol is not easy!!! You have to take great responsibility when anything happens and you're not supposed to sell to those under 21 or sell to those toxicated (drunk) people. If anything happens to them, you say goodbye with your liable and your restaurant you're working in will have the license taken away too. Ya, they are this strict. And very strict in safety too.
Nahh super boring talking on trainings...
We decided to take a walk around the park since we haven't really been walking the whole place, cause it is really HUGE!!! And it's near Christmas season now, the whole Seaworld has been decorated with very pretty decorations and there is this very tall and nice Christmas tree inside there. I love the tree a lot!!! We saw seals, sea lions, otters, penguins, sharks, fishes, puffins, and few more animals today. WOWW THEY'RE JUST SO CUTE!!!! I just love them all. Looking them I have no stress no strain, nothing to worry!!! I just love them. Seeing them and their cute actions, you will see sincere smiles on our faces =).
I seriously think I'm living in a dream land looking at those animals, with the awesome scenery, fresh air, the super nice music with christmas tunes, the colourful christmas-like lightings, you even see elves (mascots) around...and oh ya live band playing christmas music too....wowww okay you all will not imagine that...I just simply love this environment very very much =D I have no worries living in this environment...walking make me smile too and I sleep with a smile on my face =). SEAWORLD IS JUST AMAZING! A DREAMWORLD!!!

Anyway, we came back home cooked our dinner together with my housemates. We should be frying our rice but then the rice turned out to be too sticky haha cause no rice cooker here and we used pot to cook our rice. Haha well we just simply cooked and fried eggs to eat =p
